Delete Account

You can delete your account directly from the app:

1. Open the StaffSay app 2. Go to Settings 3. Tap Delete Account 4. Confirm the deletion request

If you cannot access the app, you can send a deletion request via email to support@staffsay.com with your registered email address.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your account information (email, name, profile picture) • Your preferences and settings • Your login history • Any personal data associated with your account

Important Note: Reviews and interview experiences you wrote will remain on the platform because they are anonymous and not linked to your account. This means:

• Company reviews will remain visible to other users • Interview experiences will remain available • These reviews cannot be linked to your identity even after deletion

After confirming your deletion request:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately • All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days • You will not be able to recover your account after this period

If you change your mind within the 30-day period, you can simply log in again to restore your account and cancel the deletion request.
