Welcome to StaffSay, an anonymous workplace review platform. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using StaffSay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of StaffSay after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility

To use StaffSay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age • Have current or past employment experience to share reviews • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

By using StaffSay, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Maintain only one account per person

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Anonymous Reviews

StaffSay is committed to protecting your anonymity when you submit reviews:

• Your identity is never revealed to companies or other users • Reviews are displayed without any personally identifiable information • We implement technical measures to protect reviewer anonymity • You must base reviews on genuine personal work or interview experiences • All reviews must be truthful and represent your honest opinion

We will only disclose your identity if required by valid legal process, and we will notify you unless prohibited by law.

Content Guidelines

When posting content on StaffSay, you must:

• Base reviews on genuine personal experience at the company • Provide honest, accurate, and fair assessments • Focus on workplace conditions, culture, and professional matters • Respect the privacy of colleagues and individuals

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory statements • Share confidential business information or trade secrets • Include personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory content • Post content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or fraudulent reviews • Impersonating another person or entity • Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews • Using automated tools to scrape, access, or interact with the platform • Attempting to identify anonymous reviewers through any means • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users • Circumventing security measures or access controls • Using the platform for any illegal purpose • Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Company Rights & Responsibilities

Verified companies on StaffSay may:

• Claim their company profile through our verification process • Respond professionally to reviews posted about their organization • Report reviews that violate our content guidelines • Request corrections to factually inaccurate company information

Companies must not:

• Attempt to identify anonymous reviewers • Retaliate against current or former employees for posting reviews • Post fake positive reviews or suppress legitimate negative reviews • Use legal threats to intimidate reviewers

We reserve the right to revoke company verification for violations.

Anti-Retaliation Policy

StaffSay strongly opposes workplace retaliation. We commit to:

• Protecting the anonymity of all reviewers to the fullest extent possible • Opposing any attempt by employers to identify or retaliate against reviewers • Providing resources for users who face workplace retaliation • Reporting suspected retaliation to appropriate authorities when warranted

If you believe you have experienced retaliation for posting an honest review, please contact us immediately at support@staffsay.com. Honest reviews about workplace conditions are protected expression, and we will support our users'' right to share their experiences.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit. By posting content, you grant StaffSay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform and for promotional purposes.

Our Content: The StaffSay name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by StaffSay. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our written consent.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Third-Party Authentication

StaffSay offers sign-in through third-party services including Google and Apple. When you choose to sign in using these services:

• You authorize us to access certain information from your third-party account • We receive your name, email address, and profile information • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies • We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services

You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StaffSay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• All reviews and salary data are user-generated and represent individual opinions • We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user content • We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on our platform

You use StaffSay at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• StaffSay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • We are not liable for employer-employee disputes arising from reviews • We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Account Termination & Deletion

Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu. When you delete your account:

• Your personal information will be removed from our systems • Your reviews may remain on the platform in anonymized form • You can restore your account by logging in again

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service • We believe your actions may harm other users or the platform • We are required to do so by law

We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with StaffSay:

• Contact us first at support@staffsay.com to attempt informal resolution • Most disputes can be resolved through our customer support process • If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Syria

You agree to bring any claims against us only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Syria for the resolution of any disputes.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes:

• We will notify you through the app or via email • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms • Continued use of StaffSay after changes constitutes acceptance
